Jackson Warehouse
Located in the center of West Tennessee on Interstate Highway 40, Jackson is within a day's drive of 76 percent of the major markets in this country and half days drive to several major cities in the south. Jackson is also located 80 miles northeast of Memphis and 120 miles west of Nashville, which puts our customers within a two hours drive to two major international airports.
Our Jackson facility is a one-story brick and concrete warehouse with total refrigerated space is 2,941,000 cu. ft. that has served the food industry for many years. The warehouse is configured to accommodate a variety of products with different temperature needs ranging from -25°F to +55°F. For protection of your product, this facility is fully racked with approximately 9,328 pallet positions. We track your product with computerized inventory control and EDI.
To accommodate and meet your shipping needs, we have six truck doors available and a flexible 24 hour a day operation. Land is available adjacent to our facility for processors and tenants if needed.
The safety and quality of your product is very important to us. We have received a superior rating from the American Sanitation Institute (ASI) for three consecutive years and have received scores in the high 90's on a 100 point grading system from the Tennessee Department of Agriculture for the last three years. From IH-40 take Exit 87. Go west on US Hwy 70 at the second intersection. Continue going straight. US Hwy 70 west will change into Whitehall St. Take Whitehall St. to Lexington St. Turn right on Lexington. Go two blocks and turn right on Stoddert St. The warehouse will be on the left.
From US Hwy 45
Coming on US Hwy 45 north into Jackson take a right on S. Royal St. Continue straight through two red lights. After the second light, turn right on Lexington Ave. On Lexington go across the railroad tracks and take the first road on the left (Stoddert St.) and the warehouse is on the left.
